Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2026

Thank you for registering with PUSO Organization. Because we provide event registrations, conferences, seminars, and training programs, all registration fees are considered final.

No Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. This applies regardless of:

Change of personal schedule
Failure to attend
Travel issues
Personal emergencies
Any other personal circumstances

Registration Transfer

Although registration fees are non-refundable, registrations may be transferred to another individual.

To request a transfer, please contact our Customer Service Team before the transfer deadline specified for the event.

The substitute participant must provide all required registration information.

Event Cancellation

If PUSO Organization cancels an event and does not reschedule it, participants may be offered one of the following:

Transfer to another event
Event credit
Refund, at the sole discretion of PUSO Organization and as applicable under Philippine law
