PUSO Organization is registered in the Philippines.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to make the payment.
• You agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines.
• Your registration becomes confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

PUSO Organization reserves the right to:

• Change the event schedule.
• Change speakers or venues.
• Modify the program if necessary.
• Cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our control.

Participants will be notified through the contact information provided during registration.

All registrations are non-refundable.

However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying PUSO Organization before the registration transfer deadline announced for the event.

All event materials, presentations, videos, recordings, logos, and content remain the property of PUSO Organization unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission.

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during all events.

PUSO Organization reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct without refund.

PUSO Organization shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in our events except where required by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
